Notes
On trails so I'll put this pace to be conservative but it was def faster because I was running for my life from the got damn kamikaze bugs. It was terrible today for some reason, normal bad for the first two but from 2.5 to 3.5 I was literally swatting nonstop. Kept flying into my hair especially because I forgot my hat at home. Ugh. We're not talking gnats either, flies and horse flies and dragonflies and who knows what else!
Enough bitching about that, felt hot but significantly cooler on trails. But, there's clearly a trade off! Hopefully bug spray will help but I not optimistic.
OTHER THAN THAT, pretty uneventful.
