Fartlek with Parker TImmerman and Tyler Mannion. I was planning on some R paced 200/400s on the track but the track was covered in some snow and ice so we took to the roads instead using Tyler's scheduled workout. Plan was 6x(1on-1off-30on-30off) with ON at ~5k pace... little odd but seemed fair. Did it on Pocono because it's mostly all flat there. Not a difficult workout, felt about how I expected it to go... rests were short but so was the workout so it wasn't a big deal. I'm sure I was working harder than they were but I feel it was reasonable. I'm a little wary of GPS resolution on intervals that are so short but it doesn't really matter, it was a good effort and reasonable workout, even GPS says some slow ones might have sneaked in there.
