10x1min starting at 3 on each half mile. Split watch on every half and would check lap pace at the end of 1min, and after a slow first, the rest were in 5:0x range, with some under 5. Those middle 5 miles came out to 6:00 on the nose, which I consider solid for such a short interval. My only complaint was a slightly sore Achilles on the 2 CD miles but not terrible and the run overall went very well.
