Is it smart for my LR to be 40% of my week's mileage? Probably not, but I don't consider this a TRUE 40mi week, though I was only planning on 55 before my little setbacks which is probably still not enough for 16. Oh well, feeling fine at the moment. Wasn't 100% sure if I was going to LR today, and was even less sure that I'd do 16, but I figured I'd just see how I was feeling after a few since I don't have to make hard commitments on DI. Felt fairly tired in the first couple miles so figured it might not be in the cards today but kept at it nice and easy and ended up having a fine run. Listened to some podcasts. Chilly day out! But it was a nice change and felt I was dressed PERFECTLY.
