Goal pace 5:27 down to 5:12, 4 min rest

Solid workout. First one a bit slow by accident, eased up too much second 800. First two didn't feel fantastic but the third one felt great and the workout really started to get going from there. Used the group in front to help a lot. 4th one probably felt the best and then the 5th was a good hard efffort without kicking.

Meant to simulate a progressively faster 8K, so even though the times were fast, I think the effort was right considering that the rest was so long. Lungs great today again.

Group looked very solid today, saw some nice pack running. Big improvement from Saturday.
