Stayed up until 11 last night for absolutely no good reason. Woke up at 7 but was pretty lazy getting moving and feeding Basil/taking him out, so didn't get started until close to 8. Once again, not a scorcher though, just regular warm and humid, only about 80 at the end though with a dew point of ~67.

Wanted to stay easy after a fairly quality week, and realized that meant 2+ hrs of running (though mentally treated it like a 17mi run, not 2+ hr run). Picked up a blister from spikes yesterday but had that bandaged up, just hurt here and there. Nothing is particularly sore, not even really Achilles, but I generally just felt pretty worn down. Took a good while before the pace really started to drop at all.

That's about it. 3 loops of the long-long run route on DI. Singlet and shorts fully saturated by the first loop.

Bigger week, though nothing to be amazed at. Might try for a couple more miles next week, then kicking off Baystate training??? Still have to figure out how to approach that because I won't be ready to start those prescribed workouts in a week without some serious pace adjustments.
