Run with TyGu, DD, and guest appearance from THE HOEK #WOP. Waited for the temperature to drop, but it was still pretty hot by the time we started. Enjoyable run, though!
But wow, I'm with Eddy, surprised the pace is so slow. We definitely slowed from 25 to 45 but I didn't think it would be this slow. Oh well, terrible humidity to start, we'll just call this recovery. I mean, we definitely weren't pushing or anything, I just thought it would be quicker. #nbd
