Rest was equal distance walk which was ample to say the least. One of those, YOU BETTER RACE FAST THIS WEEKEND workouts. Good thing, CAUSE I'M GONNA.

Cold is just about gone. Had no problem with anything but the long rests let my lungs recover easily. Anticipate full strength by THURSDAY.
