Mehhhhh not a good one. Legs were a little tired at first, but they felt good for most of it. More GD stomach problems though. It was a little iffy all day, but I didn't really think much of it. Was fine to start the run but it kept nagging and getting worse. A quick breather at 40 and another at 60 helped, but I couldn't pick up like I wanted to, honest progression wasn't in the cards today. After 70 or so, things on the whole were better I guess, but I was getting hit with waves of discomfort and cramping that would really draw my pace back in. We had a quick last 5 min and overall faster last 20 or so but I was mostly just trying to get back asap.

Seems like I'm bound to have one of these each week, so at least it's out of the way now?
