Yikes, not happy about how my hip flexor felt. I think running quick over those often uneven and rocky roads may have tweaked it a little. Did my 2 WU, then did my first 3min rep before deciding that I wasn't interested in messing anything up further, especially since I was aiming to do the workout on the same iffy roads today. Ran "free"ish and easy peasy for the next ~40 (going solely by time of day). Nothing is painful, just uncomfortable, so after another recovery day tomorrow I hope not to see any issue.

Working on rolling around it, lightly stretching, and icing. Will determine tomorrow if I can handle a few 200s just so I don't have too many purely easy days before the race. May try to double tomorrow morning at this rate, but I don't make any promises there.
