Goal pace of 2:30-2:36 with EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS that the low end was the fastest we should be running.
Felt pretty strong today, paced the first 4. Times were a little slow but I was sticking to the range... the effort was there. Started conservative because of the wind, picked up appropriately. Pace varied a little throughout each rep to adjust for wind. Ultimately alright, definitely wasn't dead by the end but wouldn't have enjoyed doing many more or any much faster, especially with lift and another workout tomorrow.
