Woof, another tough one to get moving on. Been pretty good about getting 8hrs even with these early runs, but man I feel like if I closed my eyes for a bit in the first couple miles I could fallen asleep! Was thinking about 12 but realized I didn't really have time for that. Considered doing another light workout just to speed things up a bit but mile 6 came around and I was not feeling it, so just resigned to doing the last 5 in 35min or less (though tbh that felt harder than it should have)...
But hey! 11mi at 5:15a, can't be too upset about that
