Notes
Very solid run at the Mohawk bike path. Ran with a pretty big group for the first half, and the pace was honest (possibly 7 flat but likely under). Turned at 52:40 to give people the option to run 105 and then add more, but some were pretty set on 2 hrs and kept going. Collected a few guys but after the first few minutes of the second half the group turned into Jarrett, Bashir, Brian, Dan, and me. Solid group, everyone was leading at one point for some period. Got back at 101 so I went out a few minutes on my own. Solid pace on the way back, pretty steady with a few increases of pace occasionally. Don't know how fast but the effort was there.
Great run, and I wouldn't be surprised if the pace was faster with it being flat and honest the whole way. Everyone in our group seemed to be feeling fine after yesterday.
PS Somewhat surprisingly, this is my second longest week, since if anything I felt like I was lacking in miles. I'll take that as a good sign... body seems to be able to do 80 no problem now.
