Planned on doing something more than this (up to 10M miles) but my legs weren't feeling it. As I was doing the easy warm-up miles I realized that I've been making some big volume jumps and shouldn't force it if I'm not feeling it. Plus, I wasn't doing monster workouts in the fall so why would I do one now as I'm still increasing mileage past my fall totals, yknow?
