Notes

Ran this through Marrington so again went by the cadence calculation since GPS would be useless through there. Again, I'm pretty impressed, though I'm still not claiming it's perfect. The only little dipstick I had was to run out and back on the power line segment around 8.5mi in. Have mapped that as 1.09mi out and back, GPS gave me 1.08mi the one time I've used it there so far, and today the watch gave me 1.07mi just based off cadence, and that's good enough for me... rounding differences, in my opinion. As long as I'm in the 6:20-7:20 range, I expect the cadence measurement to give me pretty good results.

Anyway, felt great. Temp was great, right around 70... it actually kind of felt like fall! For the second day in a row, my hair was actually more than 50% dry, seems like I'm finally getting a break from the humidity. Calves still feeling kind of sore, but I didn't notice them after the first quarter mile. Just chugged along and had a good run. Feeling like I'm finally on my way towards getting in shape, but that's probably just because I much prefer I and T workouts to R, haha. Actually really happy with this week. Could have used a few more miles but I think it was a quality, smart week.

JD book said 4E into 10 at marathon pace today. Seemed all well and good until I found that marathon pace is 6:09! Sorry Jack, no way.
