Oof, another dud. Was considering taking the evening off but opted to give it a try and see if I'd come around. Was going to do the ol 3/1-2/2-1/3 but really did not feel right on the first M mile and just headed back. Even though most of my miles are pretty slow, I think I'm just a little worn down from the mileage and am having trouble recovering all the way. Think I'm going to cut back on the miles for a couple days and see what that helps. Otherwise, got a big rest coming up...
