Notes

Not near a track today so switching today and Saturday...kind of. Kind of improvised this one, did a 4 mile loop by my grandparents' house. Going to try to measure to verify, loop might have been short but by 30 seconds max. First time around in 25:50 (6:28), next one in 23:30 (5:53). Definitely capable of this workout, only doubt it because according to the mile marks, 5th was a 5:30, but maybe the others were long. I'll try to map.

EDIT: Let's go a little more conservative, 6:35 first loop, 6:00 second. Or somewhere between the two. I DON'T KNOW.
