Mehhh not great today. Bad planning led to running at 1. It had been raining and cloudy all day so I thought it would be tolerable, but the sun came out as I left. Ronnie accompanied on bike again! Packed it in at 50 because I was BURNING ALIVE out there. Could have suffered through the last 10 but wasn't really worth it today. I'll make sure to get out around 8 or so tomorrow for the long run. Double probably not going to happen tonight, another week around 73 in 8 probably. It'll do I suppose.
