5x(200-200-400 w/ equal jog rest and a little extra time)

Surprised myself a bit. Threw on some spikes for motivation (first time wearing spikes in a while!) and hit the track for some quick stuff. I think I'm in better all around shape than I previously thought... Honestly probably close to mile PR shape now, if not there already. Unfortunately don't think I will have a chance to test for a little while unless I do it solo, but hey, all the more time to train and get even fitter. Def looking to break 16 sooner than originally thought.

Rests were definitely on the longer side (~1:40/3:00) and I did get a little excited on some of them, but overall I felt great. Chalk it up to sunlight, spikes, recovery, and fitness. Saw Eric Ashton crushing a tempo or fartlek or something but not on the track.
