FRIDAY workout??? Was NOT enjoying the pollen. Little workout that wasn't great but was in line with expectations. Legs weren't really feeling it from the start but pushed through a bit because this seemed like the right day for it to set me up as good as possible for CTL. Going easy until Wed.
2mi Tish in 11:20, then 6x300 from current 5k goal-ish to current mile goal-ish, equal distance jog, 57 57 56 55 53 51
