Notes

WOOF this one had some oppressive weather! Did the Amazon lollipop... thought it would be short but was actually longer than I thought. Pretty uneventful run... OH WAIT NO IT WASN'T, I HURDLED A MF SNAKE. Popped out of NOWHERE in the last mile of the run and I had no time to do anything except SOAR above it. Def got the blood pumping for a min or two afterwards... even though I'm pretty sure it wasn't a poisonous one.

Same story, would be sitting pretty if it weren't for this weird foot thing which I'm still not sure if I need to worry about. But at least these days it's not hitting until after the runs, really nothing during, so that's good... I think.

Top of foot?

No, if it was top I'd be worried, pretty sure it's not a stress fracture. Bottom, inside arch. I get an unpleasant creaky sensation there if I try to curl my toes after a run. During a run it might get somewhat achy but not too bad. Seems to match tibialis posterior tendinitis resulting in a sort of crepitus in the foot based on what I'm reading. I'm not overly worried but I just don't want to be causing any real damage

So do the opposite actively...flex foot and toes up and pull up on toes with hand and hold for two sec x10 to increase blood flow. Also work out posterior and anterior tibialis with a ball...both insert into medial arch and share fascia.
