Yeah I gotta step those up, I do 30-50 a day. I do what book tells me to, tibialis posterior mainly and then just try to get a little bit of everything. I havent been running in ASICS much for a while, they're not to blame. I have inflammation above the insertion point too. It's manageable for now, just annoying... nothing I'm not used to, just a little worse lately.
