Definitely a challenging workout. Times were all R pace except the 100s, just adjusted for turf. First set was just a little off, had to bust some of that rust from not doing R stuff in a week. Some wind, kinda chilly, alternated leads with Joe and Brad to make it easier. No one did more than 4 sets. Little aches in hips and Achilles on the warmup but everything felt good for the fast stuff and no problems after.

Very satisfying workout, though. Felt tough but kept working hard.
