A Rob/Jake/JML-ish "L"R to keep it a little interesting, i.e. 4E 1...faster. I think the faster presciption is MP but I did something between T and MP, wherever it felt good. I felt slow in general as usual, but I felt healthy overall, so I gotta take it. After the first faster mile I kept forcing myself to slow down. Longest run since April.
Weather was nuts, so warm and humid. Dew point was 68 so there was water everywhere. Looked like it rained but it didn't! I was hot by the end tho, HR was probably way high.
