Notes

First workout back with the team. Ran with Rob and Barrett. Goal pace around 5:50. We alternated laps for the first mile at 5:49 on the track, then went out on the roads, and then I finished with a little over 300 on the track. Felt pretty good, definitely could have gone faster but Coach said this shouldn't be a very hard workout so I kept it conservative. Hills were slow I'm sure and fairly warm out but overall pace was about right, just a smidge slow. Got the full 25 in though!
