Goal 71, then 69

31 for fast 200s

With Coachmaster's permission, went for 2 sets since I'm still working off a cold and the indoor air was not doing my lungs any favors. Legs were pretty good though, lungs just weren't having it.

Then I went and effed up and forgot the fast 200s and went into the regressive cooldown. Got through those 200s and Coach Long John Silver was FURIOUS and dragged me to the line by the ear to do the fast ones. Then did the regressive cooldown from scratch again.

Not my best workout.
