2K warm up + 5K tempo + cool down.

Still have the blister, no troubles from the hip injury from Thursday. Ran pretty hard tempo without too much fatigue. Good test for Deurne 10K next week. Right now hoping for a time -44:00. Tough but if the weather's good I feel it's doable.
