Pleased with this run. It was dangerously icy for most of the run and ran in 6" of fresh snow from about miles 5 to 9. Left hip is giving me warning signs. Not sure if it's in the joint, though. Left Plantar hurt at times- especially going down hill in the snow at about mile 8 or 9. Fucking dogs slowed me up at about 12 to 13. That whole road is lined with fucking dogs. Big ones.
