Notes

Felt better than I did last night, but still keeping it easy. It was kind of hard to not take it up a notch or two. I'm going with the idea to not try to get faster, stay healthy, and try to get some longer stuff in. The weather has been atrocious. I put 30 min (something like 10 miles?) on the bike at the gym after this run (interval on a Matrix level 10). It was a pretty good workout.
