Notes
Well this turned out to be a bit disappointing as it wasn't very easy. I was surprised how easy Sand Hill was, though. At about mile 7 or 8ish, I had to stop to pull my right sock up 'cause I developed a hot spot. A couple miles later the right foot/Achilles got hot as well. I had worn a pair of socks that didn't fit and didn't protect my Achilles. Bad choice. Both shoes pretty bloody in the end. I will be paying the price for a week, I'm sure. Once again, when finished with the run, my right knee instantly started complaining, and I had great difficulty walking because of that and the blisters, and sore PF/arches. Mile 11 is about where the run became much more difficult than I thought it should have been.
