Didn't suck as bad as I thought ... got my motivation back up. A little knee pain towards the end though. Ran it with Brianna Duell from Nemschoff. Cindywaiting for me at the finish line. So much better with a fan club ;-)

One of the coolest things I saw during the race was a fire fighter running it in full gear. Gives you a ton of respect for how fit those guys have to be!.
