Skipped yesterday due to right hip flexors after the 20. Today was thinking 5-6, still some twinges, cut it short. Hey it's taper, better safe than sorry.
Yesterday, sauna session #5, 40 min
Today, sauna session #6, forgot my sauna bag! No book. Just about turned around and went home. Instead did it as mindfulness meditation. Not bad. No watch though. 30 min. Could have done more I think. But book does make it easier.
