Foothill track occupied with a walk for something or other. First time I've ever been unable to run there. So, we tried Woodside track (Liz came too)... just as nice, just as close, I think, but bathrooms locked.
Foot / ankle hurt maybe a little more than yesterday. But no Advil today.
6 x 2:15 laps + 1:00 walk, clockwise.
