Ugh. Goal was 1:30, hold 6:50ish the whole way. Gave up after 6 and called it an MP workout. Did run MP again the last mile. Hilly, humid. Also messed up something in my right hip, dammit. Hamstring OK, I think...
Was planning on ~65 this week -- didn't happen. I had to back off a few days earlier after tweaking the hip, and also there was just no more time to be squeezed out of G4G.
