Knee has really bothered me since the long run last Saturday. Maybe I pushed a little too much. Still not great today, but I can run. I really gotta do some exercises to get rid of this so I don't lose too much fitness. On another note, this was my first run at the new place. I'm honestly quite a trek from the commuter path now and almost any route is gonna be hilly. Probably a good thing. Checked out the park across the street. Some nice wooded trails in there. What a gem.
