Felt good today. Got into a rhythm that felt pretty easy the whole time. My bowel schedule still hasn't fixed itself though cuz I had to stop at 7.25 and really hold it in until the end. It's getting quite annoying really. I ordered new shoes cuz these babies are ripping a little earlier than I expected them to. Gonna try out Nike Pegasus cuz I remember I was torn between those and Brooks Ghosts when I tried on new shoes a few years ago and I could get Pegasus cheaper right now. Maybe they'll last longer!
