Felt like doing 6 today. I know I could've forced myself to do more but I'm starting to workout more than once a day this week and I don't want to overdo it. My legs are also still recovering from the hills and workout on Tuesday. I'm trying to implement some more cross training and strength exercises to round out my training a bit more so I'm not a one-trick pony.
