Kind of a rough easy run. Didn't feel like I was gonna shit myself on this run so that's improvement though. I did a leg/abs workout around 6pm last night so that on top of the tempo run yesterday morning probably answers why. Part of yesterday's workout included 8x100m uphill sprints in front of my house which got surprisingly difficult. I gave myself like 2-3 minutes of pure rest so it wasn't much of an aerobic exercise, but boy did my quads start to feel it.
