A bit less light hearted than yesterday but still very enjoyable - sort of a continuation of the porch beers conversations last night. Too bad Sumeer wasn't there to sumeer deez nuts on our chin. Run was good - did a perfect 7 mile loop in Wheaton. Still 7 min pace on the dot by sheer accident.
