Felt fantasstic today. Really enjoyable weather. Thought about work too much though. I really started to notice how distracted I often get in my head during my runs instead of just enjoying the outdoors. I made a new loop at Long Lake that I'll probably do again. My new best friend and neighbor Connie told me she was going to pick up the pine needles that fell from my trees for mulch. I told her that's cool with me but it didn't actually seem like she was asking permission. Just a heads up that she'll be in my yard today. Interesting. She's dangerously close to getting herself stripped of her best friend title. Miss my actual friends. I should probably call them.
