Decent long run in Rome. Got the luxury to sleep in since it was still cool at 10. Felt surprisingly good despite having a bit too much to drink last night. I was really regretting the quick pace by mile 10. A lot of stopping in the last 2. Had a painful shit after and another one after breakfast. Ouch.
I remember most of last night, but apparently I made a joke that I don't remember telling at all. It was good though. Proud of myself.
