Notes
A bit too fast again. I was eager to get to that young water fountain cuz why tf is it so humid. It's hard running easy without other people. The only thing I end up focusing on is my running and finishing the run. Not that I don't enjoy it. When I run with other people, I can focus on other things so I don't have to get eager to go faster. I just have to run slow enough to let my mind wander. I think I would benefit from not using a watch when I run so I'm not tempted to look at it and think about my pace or distance, but that GPS is so nice to have when I don't know where I am.
I'll use the watch tomorrow when I'm doing my long run in Rome, WI, but when I'm back in Madison, I should run on the commuter path where I know exactly how far I'm going and just feel it out, call it 7:30 pace or whatever it seems to feel like when I log it.
