Brenna is in town this weekend so Brenna and Claire joined me on bikes. I sort of merged the silver view loop with the long lake loop. Turned out to be a pretty good 8 mile loop. I felt great today honestly. Even through the hills I wasn't ever really feeling tired. We sort of crashed a race that was going on through the rice creek trail by long lake but it didn't seem that official. I asked a guy who seemed to be in the race what was going on and he said a 5k and that no one was running as fast as me. Suckers. Looked fun though. Can't wait for the 5k in sept. Gonna see if I can convince Brenna and Claire to join me on the long run tomorrow. We're going to a baseball game today - brewers/twins. Haven't been to an MLB game in YEARS. Go twins baby, FUCK.
