Didn't run yesterday but that's ok. I hope you don't mind. Got the dumbreka vaccine on sunday and I was just feeling super fatigued all day yesterday, with blurry vision, expelling black bile as is expected.
Today was just easy. Slept 9 hours last night even waking up at 6:30 which feels diggity dope. Woke up right before my alarm even went off. I couldn't get any poop out before the run and they got rid of the port-a-potty on my normal 6 mile route so I did loops at Kordiak just to be safe since the pot there is still in commish. Never needed to use it. Pooped right when I got back though so I guess that problem is still around
