It's been a while since my last rodeo so I wasn't feeling as sharp for this. Pretty similar times as my tempo 2 weeks ago, which is an ego booster though. I cut the tempo short to 9 miles (including warmup, so really 8 miles) so I could get a solid water break at Glenway, but that was just an excuse to end the misery. The last two were supposed to be a cooldown, but I guess my body got too used to the faster tempo so they were still sub 7. They felt chill though. Solid workout. Good to get back to the grind. Body is doing some cleansing today if you know what I mean. Lots of errands to take care of.
