Whadya know, a real ass run for once! Felt like putting in something longer to see how it’d feel and prep my running clock for an increase in training volume. Weather was nice and crisp, no bugs, no wind, had no where to be, so why not. Took a dip in the lake after a stretch. The water is just the right amount of cold to make it painful enough to feel revitalized after, but not so much as to make me scared to go in. Considering some yoga later too. Where is this motivation coming from?!
