Notes
This was a bit rough. It was 35 degrees when I left which is nutso given how hot it was yesterday. My legs were feeling real heavy pretty much at the turnaround so the last 7 were a strug. I probably should've responded to my body by slowing down but I really wanted to go faster so I pushed pretty hard to keep it up tempo. Proud that I put in the effort and miles though.
