WU + 6x800CV on min stand rest + 2x150 walk recovery + CD
Pretty happy to get through this. Probably had 1-2 more in me if need be but the legs were working hard enough. I really didn't want to do faster stuff after so I did 150s instead of 200s.
Humidity was so much better this week than last.
