Wonderful weather! Shorts and TShirt in January!
Memorial Hill Monday.
Tons of cadence lock, hence the reason for a couple of the intervals. Also went down and up McCarthy w/o the HR changing, it was always cadence*2 ugg.
Anyhoo RPE felt just a little too hard for a true easy run and while I pulled back a couple times I think this mornings swim was being felt. Stride felt very awkward going downhill but great uphill and okish on flatland. On the final descent I really focused on getting cadence above 82 and held 86 through Newbo but that also meant I was going a bit too hard. Oh well.
Added 4 strides at the end and didn't bother the hammy at all.
