notes: carried the watch as band is broke so all HR numbers are nonsense/cadence lock. Ran to and up 15th st. hill and down 12th. Probably ran a touch too hard, but finished up with 3 strides and felt really good. At the start of the run my calf was super super sore. Note the first mile is just wrong pace-wise as the GPS was a bit off.
